BBQ Trip 001 - Day 3

We have a new site coming soon, DonoQue.com.
No BBQ today. We did bust out the ripstiks for some basement furniture dodging and elbow stress testing. Sampled some of BJ's pulled pork, and even frozen and defrosted, it was better than any we have had yet. The pulled pork hash I made came out a little dry, but the crispiness was just the way I like it. A dash of Dinosaur BBQ sauce rounded it all out. We have a 6:30 AM start tomorrow, a funeral, a visit to a new member of the family, and the finish line will be in NYC. Then off to Old Saybrook, CT to winterize the pool, and Ludlow, VT to build a wall and doorway for my bedroom. Of course there will be BBQ along the way. Here are some photos that didn't make the previous days' blog.

Charlie's scrambled BBQ eggs.

This is why you should never lose sight of your camera...

She was a whole lotta waitress...

See Uli, I am not crazy. Ok, well, anyway...
