Hatteras '08: Day 3

Bob B was first to plane on a 6.1 with Jim Q right behind. We have water in the sound again! Light winds (Big B's first beer and smoke break at 10:15 AM). It was a day for shopping, tub poaching, flying RC planes into the sunset (and discovering they aren't waterproof), pre-dinner mega jam session, and watching Cool Hand Luke and Superbad until 2AM.

Breakfast:

Pasta, shrimp and crab omelette

Lunch:

Sopresatta & fresh mozzarella wrap

Goat cheese stuffed olives

Dinner:

Grilled chickenRice pilafGreen salad

Dessert:

Baked apples with cinnamon ginger cognac caramel sauceIce cream sandwiches.
