Hatteras '08: Day 4

Jim Q was first to plane with Bauman close behind. A little rain didn't stop the gang. Still no tub!!!!!! Bob B was last out of the water and we finally had all nine of us sailing at the same time. Tomorrow's forecast is calling for 30's again!! Best "had to be there" moment: Peddy's morraca slipping out of his hand and sailing across the room.

Breakfast:

Singleton's cob smoked bacon, egg, and caramelized onion quesadilla

Krispy Kreme donuts

Lunch:

Shrimp & crab pasta

GuinnessSingleton's cob smoked pepperoni

Aged provolone and sopresatta on garlic bread

Dinner:

Roasted medley of vegetables

Grilled steak tips

Smoked oyster, brie, prosciutto and fresh mozzarella quesadillas

Dessert:

Grilled split bananas with caramel, dark chocolate, and vanilla ice cream

If the charcoal wasn't wet before, it certainly is now!

Don't worry, the charcoal is safe, I put someone's golf bag over it...

I gotta get out there, I can do this.

I'm going to rig my 7.5 and go take a bath out there.
